Our client a multinational group of companies, is looking to hire a Financial and Business Analyst based in Athens.
The ideal candidate:
preferably a US University graduate, with at least 1-2 years of experience, speaks English very good, is familiar with software (spreadsheets), with excellent communication and analytical skills.
The right incumbent will:
Determine cost of operations by establishing standard costs and collecting operational data.
Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures; provides trends and forecasts; explains processes and techniques.
Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studies proposed changes in methods and materials.
Protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
